- Three J Productions,LLC is a Connecticut based visual arts entertainment company founded by Carl Herring Jr.. In 1996 Carl published his first book, The Enforcers Limited Edition Zero Issue. With the help of Tod Smith handling the artwork, The Enforcers received great reviews from fans and industry insiders alike. After a short absence from the comic book industry, the company is back with the release of two stories written by Carl Herring Jr. in early 2008. The first story is "Reflection in the Water" with artwork by Ed Coutts, featuring Jonas McCabe Bounty Hunter. The second story is the debut of FBI duo, Chase and Hunt in "Above The Law", with artwork by Scott E. Ambruson, the story is being made available at DrunkDuck.com.
